Time to plant spring blooming bulbs now. You’ll be rewarded after the long winter with the cheerful, colorful blooms of tulips and daffodils, crocus and more.Did we mention Fall is for Planting?Extend the harvest of veggies and enjoy your annuals longer – cover them at night to prevent damage from the early frosts. Use lightweight but effective N-sulate blankets available at Eagle Crest.Think back on this year’s successes and make notes to repeat them next year.Apply Bayer Tree and Shrub insect control now to take care of next year’s pine shoot borers on spruce and aphids on aspens.Wrap thin barked, young trees (especially maples) with tree wrap to prevent sun scald injury during the winter. Remember to remove tree wrap in spring.
