Idea regarding splitting the Caucus into two organizations — One to preserve Snowmass Creek, the other to focus on land use and other issues.

Proxy votes for land use issues, which was suspended for a year last summer.
Roads — Conversation [possible including county staff] regarding paving, the use of magnesium chloride, guardrails on Watson Divide, signage, etc. Given the number of timely issues we have for this meeting, I suggest we delay this item for one month
Proposal to amend by-laws regarding Board elections, that is, to return to the procedure that existed prior to 2006.
