2024 Spring Road Clean Up
Every spring members of the Caucus and community do a road clean up, which includes lower Snowmass Creek road and Capitol Creek road, park and ride and a section of highway 82 near the Snowmass Creek and Roaring Fork River..
However, more volunteers are needed!
Come help out and tell others to join ...The more the merrier!
Get some exercise and do a good deed. Let's tidy up our roadsides and river banks together.
When: May 4th 9:00 AM- 11:30 AM
Where: Meet at Snowmass Park and Ride.
Bring: Good shoes, long sleeves, pants, gloves if desired, water, snack, sunhat, and others to help!
Why: Giving back to the land, caring for our environment feels good. Also you might find some treasures. A $100 bill has been found in the past!
Important! Safety is #1. We will be wearing bright safety vests. Please watch this safety video before coming: https://www.codot.gov/programs/adopt-a-highway/videos
